Let me take you back to a night in 2020 that changed everything for me.

It was the middle of Covid. I was stuck in yet another late-night corporate meeting, handling an “urgent matter,” when my daughter Hana, just 2 years old at the time, woke up searching for me.

She wanted me to come back to bed with her, but I couldn’t step away from my laptop. Refusing her dad’s comfort, she laid down right next to my feet on the floor and fell back asleep.

My husband quietly snapped a photo. When I saw it, my heart broke.

That moment, I knew, deep down: this wasn’t the life I wanted for her - and for me.

So I made one of the scariest yet most liberating decisions of my life: I walked away from my high-paid corporate job and started my first virtual assistant business from my dining table.

Since then, I’ve built a business that allows me to be present as a mom of three while working with clients around the world. I’ve learned how to grow sustainably, create breathing space, and honor both my family and my calling.
